Welcome to SolFest XIII - we appreciate your interest in lending a hand at this years event and thank you for your time and energy! Below you will find information about our volunteer program. Please review so that you can choose your volunteer type then scroll down and fill out your contact information and answer a few questions that area helpful to us in taking care of you. Here's what's NEW about our volunteer application:

You will now be able to access your schedule and personal information any time you want by going back to the volunteer page scrolling to the bottom clicking edit my schedule and entering your email address and password You get to choose your own shifts based on your volunteer commitment choice You can change your schedule with ease as life happens in your world by signing into your volunteer page and rescheduling based on what is available and what your commitment is.

Volunteer Options

Our Camping Volunteers Donate 12 hour worth of time beginning Friday Aug 15- ending Monday Aug 18, 2008 These shifts are broken up into 3 ~ 4 hour time periods Our camping volunteers must donate 2 shifts during the 2 festival days ~ Saturday & Sunday and can donate the other on any of the 4 days beginning Friday Aug 15th and ending on Monday Aug 18, 2008

Non Camping Volunteer Commitment A Saturday Non Camping Volunteer Donates a total of 6 hrs these shifts are broken up into 1- 4 hr shift & 1- 2 hr breaker shift Saturday Only volunteers are welcome to attend the Saturday night MoonDance A Sunday Non Camping Volunteer donates 4 hrs of time in one 1 - 4 hour shift.

Our Grounds Crew is our Site Install ~ Load Out & Site Restoration team a family of what ever it takes Go Getters made up of a combination of Skilled and General labor position. A Grounds Crew Volunteer donates 3 Full Days work the week prior to the show and or a combination of 2 and 1 days pre or post event equaling 3 full days of work. Our grounds crew starts each morning with a morning production meeting so please try to arrive the night before so that you can settle in and be ready to join the crew meeting the morning of your scheduled grounds crew shift.

WAIVER: In consideration of participating as a Volunteer at SolFest, I intend to be legally bound, hereby for myself, my heirs, executors and administrators, waive and release any and all rights and claims that I may have against the persons or organizations affiliated with this project and any and all injuries suffered by traveling to or from or while participating in any volunteer activity associated with SolFest or it's associates.
